Become a CPA

Do you have what it takes to become a Crypto Pro Accountant?

What is the CPA?

What is the CPA?

The CPA is a test taken online by all ETHDenver participants. Zero-knowledge is required - we mean it. Unlike typical accounting tests, the CPA is taken online and in cabals. Collaboration is encouraged - let's be real, everyone just uses Al anyway (we did too when making this).

What's in the test?

What's in the test?

The CPA Exam covers everything from cost-basis calculations to liquidity pool taxation. You’ll face questions on capital gains, NFT sales, gas fees, staking, and multi-chain transaction tracking. Unlike traditional tests, this one focuses on real crypto scenarios—no outdated balance sheets. Expect a challenge, because if you can’t survive this exam, you definitely won’t survive an audit.

Scoring

Scoring

Your score is immutable, transparent, and on-chain—just like your bad trades. If you score 75% or higher, you become a Certified Crypto Pro Accountant (CPA). Anything below 60% means you probably need an accountant yourself. Top scorers will unlock NFT badges, 3 months free of Acctual Pro, and proof that they actually understand Web3 finance.
